NAR's Code of Ethics, adopted in 1913, was one of the first codifications of ethical duties adopted by any
business group. The Code ensures that consumers are served by requiring REALTORS® to cooperate with
each other in furthering clients' best interests.

What I enjoy about being a REALTOR®.
First and foremost, my main source of enjoyment is being able to help you own a home, be it the first or
one of many relocations. The sense of home ownership provides both physical, financial, and mental
wellbeing. It is important to me to help you get the results you want to achieve. I strive for excellent
communication with the multiple people involved in a transaction and hold a Real Estate Negotiation
Expert (RENE) certification.
Along with the importance of home ownership we must also acknowledge that the need to sell a property
will arise. Job relocation, downsize, upsize, upgrade or sadly, in times of need, a property will need to be
sold for an estate. I also take pride in my work for you in this area and hold an SRS designation.
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It
is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is
awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller
advocacy. SRS designees represent a global community of REALTORS® who use their advanced training
and expertise to go above and beyond their client’s expectations. It is important to me to help you.
